A buildings e-bikes are available via the buildings electric mobility hub. Its the exact same experience to access the e-bikes as it is to book the electric vehicles and EV chargers - All the same smart-tech inside.
Download app: Residents can download the Ohmie GO app via Apple Store or Google Play.
Create account: Provide driver's licence, payment card, and building verification.
Book: Select available vehicles and book chosen date & time.
Access: Tap 'Start' via the Ohmie GO app to begin booking, follow the prompts and unlock the vehicle.
Trip: During a booking residents can lock their e-bike, access support, and much more via the Ohmie GO app.
Return: We ask residents check the e-bike for items or damage, push it back into the eDock, and end their trip via the Ohmie GO app.
Our pay-as-you-go model provides flexibility to residents who only pay when they need to move which we believe is more equitable. Ohmie GO charges per hour and per day, with varying prices for e-bikes. At the end of your trip, residents are charged for the amount of minutes that the e-bike was used.
